Pattern Information

 

Pattern Description: A quick and easy lacy shrug featuring single crochet and broomstick lace.

 

Pattern Style: written instructions

Skill Level: Advanced Beginner to Intermediate. You will need to be comfortable following simple instructions to get a custom fit. I'll walk you through it.

 

Yarn/Material/Tools Required (supplied by tester):

 

Red Heart Boutique Unforgettable in Tidal, 2 skeins

Size J hook or size needed to get gauge

 

Size 50 knitting needle (for broomstick lace)

Yarn needle

 

 

 

Tester Information

 

Number of Testers Needed: 3-5, in a variety of sizes.

 

Approximate Time Required to Complete Project: several hours

 

Deadline: September 1, 2012

 

Tester Experience: none required

 

Tester Responsibilities:

 

1. Work pattern exactly as written, following modification instructions if a larger size is needed.

 

2. If something is not clear, email me for clarification before proceeding.

 

3. Let me know of any errors you find.

 

4. Let me know if anything is confusing.

 

5. Offer any suggestions for improvement.

 

Pattern will be emailed to testers in PDF format.

 

Compensation

 

Testers will receive a free digital copy of the final pattern.

 

Volunteering

Be sure to let me know approximately what size you are (S, M, L, XL, XXL, etc.). I want to select testers in a variety of sizes to make sure my instructions adequately cover all size needs.

I'm talking with a few pattern testers now, and may have enough testers, depending on their availability.

 

You can keep posting if you're interested, and I'll let everyone know when I have enough confirmed testers.
