it looks to be a simple circle with a decorative edge. the flowers and leaves are sewing notions glued or tacked on...haven't seen any in decades but good luck

Hi the pattern you are describing isn't the pattern i'm looking for if you scroll down it is the 4th one down that i'm looking for.

Thank you I think it is a Maggie Weldon Pattern she as one that is very similar so i have gone for that one. :)

I knew that was too easy/ I remember these as a kid... I do remember that each spiral was individually made onto the basic shape ... you twirled them to form a cone and sewed them into place
