New Purse for ME.....Ikea Fabric

Finally made myself a purse....used a Lazy Girl pattern (concealed zip top, very easy following the instructions) that has a slanted pocket on the outside, lots of pockets inside, very sturdy using canvas type fabric from Ikea......

 

I am enjoying this purse! Thanks for looking!

I have to say I'm pretty proud of it! I'm making another now......and trying to upsize it a bit for my friend who carries a jillion things in her bag and needs a larger one.......hopefully it will work out! I'll post a pic when done!

And... you can buy fabric from IKEA?? I think a tiny fuse just went somewhere in my mind... I thought they were just modern furniture. Or did you take apart a chair covering?
