Spectacular job! **sidenote** they did mention didn't they, when you were buying the yarn and such....(whispering now)...its addictive...crocheting that is....you see total strangers/people in stores with baby blankets and admire them or comment how pretty they are....you start noticing while at your friends house that they have this wonderful blanket with a stitch your just dying to try..., etc, etc....ROFL Welcome to the wonderfully creative world of crocheting...

I guess I don't count baby blankets as afghans. I did a few of those before this. One was a spiral pattern in the round and that's where I figured out how to even out the tension. That blanket didn't lay very flat.

I haven't made anything big yet. I am busy doing hats, scarves and baby items. I want this pattern to be my first big project. You did such a beautiful job and I love the color and just everything about it. Good job!!!!
