It's the bubbles baby blanket and the pattern is from crochetpatterncentral

 

I am nowm akin another one and they are so much fun to do:cheer

i kinda thought it might be the Bubbles blankie, but somehow your's looked a little different. More elongated "bubbles" than round squatty ones. I've made several of the Bubbles blankies and you are right, they are very fast and addictive.
