I only have a few more rows of color to add and this one will be finished. I have two more afghan to make using the Bavarian Stitch.

I love this one.

I am using the Sensations yarn, Classic Rainbow I purchased at Joannes in the USA. It all worked very easily for this afghan.

Yes it was fun going into Joannes. I am in BC and the border is only a jump away for us. It was alot of fun making. I have 2 more afghans to go using this stitch.

Have a great weekend!!!

Hi Lesley up North,

This stitch is very easy to follow and quick to make up. i crochet while watching TV most of the time.

This afghan is too heavy for a baby but, will be great when our 10 month old grand daughter is a bit older for her own bed later on. I had a lot of fun working on this one.

My pink ansd White afghan is already stated. One down, two more to go.

Have a great weekend!

Beautiful! This looks like the wool eater afghan pattern I am always eyeballing. Is that considered Bavarian crochet as well?

Lynn,

Keep trying this stitch. Its so easy after you get the hang of it. It took me days to get it.

If you get stuck on a part in the pattern, maybe I can explain it to you.

Only 2 rows make the pattern and it was simple that I don,t know why it took so long to get it down packed. Lol

Let me know how you do???
