   No puffy here yet! Hoping it won't be much longer as I am getting super anxious to know who my FFA partner was! 

 

Doc appt in a couple hours. In the meantime, been cleaning all morning (that happens when your Momma calls and says she's on her way! LOL). Almost have the office cleaned back up from my fabric tornado yesterday. Trying to find the right combinations for some baby dresses I'll be making soon... Didn't get to my (Katie's) squares last night but when we got back from taking Bentley home I just couldn't keep my eyes open!

Howdy Everyone!  I'm enjoying another wonderful day here in MA. The sun keeps peeking out, there's a beautiful breeze blowing and it isn't humid, hurray.  Today DH & I celebrate our 13th wedding anniversary, 18 yrs of being together.  My how time flies, it seems like it was just yesterday that we met. 

 

Estee, so good to have you back and glad things are going well for you!

 

Kuddles, oh no.  Get thee to a dr!  UTI's are not fun, hope you feel better soon.

Good evening,

I wanted to let my FFA partner know that I got her package in the mail today.  It has been a stressful weekend for me.  My Mom fell down her stairs and is in the hospital.  I have been staying there with her and I ate lunch in the cafeteria on Saturday and ended up in the ER with food poisoning.  I'm still not feeling good today.

 

Also I wanted to tell Kuddles that I received the books.  Thanks I will enjoy looking at them.

Looks like everyone is checking in saying their  puffy is in the mail!! I have NOT checked my mail yet today, its always late, but i may run down a bit later, in my robe and slippers, lol just to see!

 

I updated the first post listing, those that haven't checked in with us for a pretty good while, and in fact haven't checked in the ville for a while. I am unable to get a current  address on those few, so I  have taken them off the list temporarily and no harm done, when life slows down for them, they can simply contact me and re join...We only lost a couple this time around. But the list is polished now, as is my crown, and Im getting a septor too, for use next month on that queens reign!!!!!!

 

Beautiful evening here gonna take myself down to the mail now.......................

Went to the doc and said nope, no UTI but is sending my uh...specimen...to the lab, I'll know Thursday if something else is going on. But no meds for me and the traffic at that time of day was brutal!

 

Don't worry about forgetting stuff......we all do when we get to a certain age!

  Another triple digit day here in sunny Arizona!!! Today I'll finally have my break-in done on my bike at 500 miles... 

 

Well my FAA recipient should be getting the package today or tomorrow. I was scrambling and in a hurry so if your see a puffy from 'smith'.....it's me!!

Oh guess what! I got my puffy from m y partner, Crsheridan!!! Lovely lovely squares, i took a pic this am, will post as soon as I get home again, on my way out, they are sooooo pretty, lots of work went into those, AND she did them I think whilst traveling too, such a nice puffy!! I some note cards and envelpes too, and a wonderful card, thank you very much, the patterns are all different, they are amaZing!!! I will post the pic when i return, doing an errand for dd, and then lunch at our fav. chinese place.... Catch you all a bit later, and thank you so much christel!! I   absolutely adore them all, oh and there were quite a few in there too!!! wow..I feel so dang special!! lol

Should be finding out the results of my blood work later this afternoon. I kinda feel better just knowing that I'm on my way to figuring out what the issue is. Doc says since my swelling didn't go away totally after going wheat free (it came back after the 3rd day) that he's very sure I'm not allergic but staying low carb isn't a bad idea... The blood work is to check for a thyroid problem, which might result in a pill to take every day, but that is something I can live with, where this swelling and feeling fatigued I can't! Blood pressure was perfect, right on the money at 110/80 and he was happy about that, so at least that is not an issue for me! 

 

No puffy today, but I know it's on it's way and I will wait    (read 'Stalk the mail lady') patiently until it arrives!

Got blood test back, perfectly normal they said. So now waiting to hear back for the next course of action. I'm hoping my doc has a plan and doesn't refer me out to a specialist!

Welcome back, Estee! Glad you're home again. Modern medicine is pretty crazy sometimes; I can't believe we can do things like that with the bone! Glad I live in a time when things like that are possible...

 

Darn it, I forgot what else I was going to say because I had to go out and check on the cryostat since I forgot I had the nitrogen feed on. Oh, I remember; I haven't gotten my FFA puffy yet, and I doubt mine has arrived at its destination yet either but it IS in the mail as of Saturday; the lady at the post office said it would be about 5-10 days. Ok, back to the lab - hopefully by the time I get there I'll remember why....

 

Oh, Tiff, I was going to say "woohoo, normal!" but then I remembered this means the answer is still unknown. So boo. It certainly is good that your bloodwork is normal, of course, but... would have been nice if there was something they could point to that says "Ah ha, now we know how to fix this!"
