I finally finished it today. The cooler weather made the difference.

 

I'll try to take the pic tomorrow. Might be a challenge as the purple is quite dark.

My new apt does not admit of great pics so this is the best I can get - light is the essence of photography and ain't got none

 

It is very pretty in person and very warm

And being me I made a matching hat

I just started one for my daughter with Caron Simply Soft in a Dark Country Blue...She will be able to wear it at work as she complains of the freezing temps...She wants the arms tapered...Now that will be a challenge ... Will keep you poste as to how it turns out...If she doesn't like it, I'm sure I can find a home for it...
