Question

I'm working on scarves for my daughter's kindergarten teacher and her aides. I made her teacher's from some white TLC and pale blue and green SAmba(it's eyelash with these chenelle 'chunks' in it) very wintery, snowflakey. I got some dark country blue and some varigated Caron so soft for one of the others and finally decided on doing a granny stripe with the two colors.:ideanot What do you think of doing fringe down the long side of the scarf, at the point where the color changes each time? Would it just look stupid? I've seen them in stores where the put fringe down both long sides, but I'm just trying to make each scarf unique so the don't think one is better than the other. I realize they probably won't think that, but I'm just weird like that.
