It looks like the photo you linked to is a magazine page. We can't really reverse engineer a pattern here.

 

The main part of the bag is not a crochet stitch i have seen before. It might be some combination of cluster stitches with a horizontal bullion stitch. Or i wonder if it is some kind of macrame.

 

If you want to make a backpack, would you be interested in other backpack patterns?

I think it's saying it's graded as difficult. It looks difficult! You will probably have to see if you can get instructions from the same place that printed the picture.
