Most Grocery stores carry it. You can also google it and make your own.

I actually prefer to use powdered starch than spray starch but they both get the job done. When I use spray starch I'll wet the piece down until it's damp and spray it until it's soaked thru, let it sit for a few minutes, squeeze out the excess, roll it in a towel so it's not sopping wet and then pin it out. I usually pin my round doilies. After the first or 2nd pinning I may switch to using an iron instead. It really depends on the piece.

I haved used corn starch for years too not always able to find the powdered starch.
