Mermaid Tears Purse

Has anyone tried the free Mermaid Tears Purse pattern from Bernat. I've made 2 and have been asked by several people to make them one. I have to say this is the first time i've made a purse, i'm more of an afghan maker but this pattern is so much fun and I have fallen in love with the stitch.

 

Here are the two that i've made so far, these ones were made just for fun and have already found there forever homes...lol

The pattern can be found at http://www.bernat.com and there are videos on youtube. I thought it would be difficult at first but it's really easy.

I love this stitch as well, I've only seen it as crocodile stitch, but I like this name better lol. I do enjoy making it, it's so unique, you have to love it. Great job!
