I was trained as an artist, but I was a crocheter first, so sometimes I like to combine the two and make art with crochet and crochet with art in it. Since I also love teapots, this was a natural! The beauty and the cheerfulness of copper very few things can equal in kitchen decor. Because it is so versatile and attractive it has been used for centuries in kitchen displays. But very few of us can afford them these days. How about copper lace? Yes! Handcrafted copper lace. Through crochet sculpturing and hand-painted crochet, I can make copper lace!

Here's one of my latest creations. I called it, "Red Shells." This teapot has gone to a wonderful home. I'm just sharing it for fun.
