Mock painted doily: Shell

I love it, this is beautiful! Perhaps on another one you might consider blending in a strand of pearlized/opalescent thread with the crochet cotton, and that would really give it a seashell effect.

I love it, sure looks like a sea shell to me, your colors you picked sure are beautiful. I also crochet a doily using orange sewing thread along with an whiite crochet thread and it came out beautiful. I'll post it in a minute I have to go find it.

Well I cannot find it in here, cannot find it in About.com now thats weird.

Crochet with size 7 crochet hook, size 10 White thread and 1 string 35 weight Orange sewing thread , crocheted together as one to get the Orange Marble effect. It is 21" inches long and 13" wide.
