So I'm still pluggin' along on my ripple. I think it's going to be a side ripple (have the wavy edges on the sides instead of the top & bottom) because there will be NO way for me to finish the rest (if I do it top & bottom) by Christmas Eve!

Almost finished with my post stitch alphabet afghan...just have to decide on a border. Still working on my vines/cables afghan - very slow going.

Those are lovely spiral afghans... jessicali - I am working on a ripple afghan, too. It's about half finished. My deadline on it is May, though, so I've got plenty of time to get it finished. What colors are you doing your ripple in?

Started a ripple afghan...I'm using Lion Brand, Hometown U.S.A. extra bulky yarn. It's the softest afghan EVER!! Oh, and it's rainbow...

I finished another double-strand tonight but can't get a pic until morning.

 

Anyone think we should set this up as a yearly CAL "Any Afghan CAL 2013"? I thought it was a great idea for a CAL to begin with! I think making it a yearly would be great too!

I also think this CAL was a great idea. I still didn't finish the afghan that I had in mind to finish when I joined this CAL. Its been a WIP for years. Maybe 2013 will be its lucky year!

Here is my last afghan for the year 2012. It is a shell pattern. I used Red Heart "With Love" yarn, an I hook.
