Shipping Doilies

roll it around wrapping paper tubes and ship in a poster tube. or fold it into pie shaped segments and ship in as flat a box as possible. I never stiffen my doilies so wrapping them around the tube is the best way.

Good luck

Tubes are the best for the doilies larger than 10", for smaller ones I put it between 2 heavier pieces of cradboard before the box. Either is fine and they arrive in great condition. I also wrap in saran wrap after cardboard or tube. I don't want them getting wet while traveling or sitting on someone's porch and sticking to the board or tube.

This thread is a little outdated but the way I ship doilies is in pizza boxes!

I get the appropriate size from the pizza parlor if I can't find any at a out of town party store I go to, pin the finished and blocked doily to the inside of the box flat making sure not to have any pins poking out, stick it in a bigger box and mail. ;)
