Queen Anne's Lace Scarf

I made this fabulous scarf for my mom for Christmas this year, using the Queen Anne's Lace stitch pattern. I used this really yummy yarn from Bijou Basin: Bijou Spun Lhasa Wilderness (75% yak down, 25% bamboo). It took one skein of yarn, and the scarf is 2.75" by 81". The color is called Regal, and is a gorgeous deep heathered purple. This yarn is so soft! I'll be posting a review of it in the review section at some point between now and New Year's.

I made this same scarf in an autumn red from Caron Simply Soft. I noticed that your ends match. The pattern I used on Ravelry have mismatched ends. How did you do it?
