My Birds N Blossoms Filet Shawl

I am finally releasing my Birds N Blossoms filtet shawl so now I can share it with you.

 

I am rather proud of this design. Not just that it turned out well in my eyes, but that others thought it was nice also. I entered this in the CGOA design contest in September and It took 1st place in the accessories division. Proud moment for me.

 

The shawl is done in size 10 bamboo thread in three colors with a 2.0mm hook. White being the main color with 2 shades of pink for accent. I added 3d roses to the design for added interest. The shawl if finished off with a ruffle using all the colors in the roses.

The shawl measures 72 inches wide by 26 inches long including the ruffle.

Deb the bamboo thread gives this shawl a wonderful drape. It feels scrumptious to wear. One of my very favorite shawls I have done. This one I will keep for me!
