And here is the pattern for the roses and leaves:

 

Ch 32, (dc, ch 2, dc) in 4th ch from hook, *ch 2, skip next 2 sts, (dc, ch 2, dc) in next st* across (makes 10 [dc, ch 2, dc] spaces total), dc in remaining ch.

 

Ch 2, turn,*9 dc’s in ch-2 sp, sl st in next ch-2 sp* across (making 10 petals), sl st in final sp leaving a long tail for weaving

 

Leaves: ch 8, sc, sc, dc, dc, dc, sc, sc, ch 2, (working along other side of chain) sc, sc, dc, dc, dc, sc, sc, join and tie off

 

I sewed the pearl beads onto the flowers before I sewed the flowers on to the booties Please share pictures if you make these yourself!!
