A middle of the night newbie!

Howdy to my new CrochetVille buddies! My name is Jackie & I live in Dearborn Michigan. I've enjoyed knitting and crocheting for a long time and sort of go in and out of it. Currently, I'm back in!

 

I found this site as I looked for a pattern for a Christmas tree skirt. I figured if I start it now, I'll finish by Christmas-time ~~ hopefully THIS Christmas. (It's tomorrow, right???)

 

I ordered the 20-point round ripple pattern from "Red Rose Designs" that I saw on a couple of the posts here. I hope mine comes out as pretty!

 

Thanks in advance for all the help and great tips I know I'll get here.
