Easy V’s Scarf

size: approx 5” x 72”

 

 

 

 

Materials:

  • approx 4 oz ww yarn (Caron Simply Soft orchid was used in the picture)
  • size H crochet hook
  • tapestry needle for weaving in ends

Note: ch3 and ch1 will count as first stitch through out pattern

 

Stitch Guide:

Sc-single crochet

dc-double crochet

ch-chain

hk-hook

sk-skip

V- (dc, ch1, dc)

 

 

Instructions:

CH 201

 

Row 1: sc in 2nd ch from hk and in ea ch across to end. Ch3, turn. (200 sc)

 

Row 2: sk 1sc, V in next, (sk 1, V) across to end, dc in last sc. CH 3, turn. (200 dc)

 

Row 3-7: V in ea ch 1 space across, dc in last dc. Ch 3, turn. (99 V’s, 2 dc)

 

Row 8: V in ea ch 1 space across, dc in last dc. Ch 1, turn. (99 V’s, 2 dc)

 

Row 9: Sc in ea dc across, FO, Weave in ends. (200 sc)

 

Add Fringe if desired and enjoy your scarf!

Woo hoo! Soon I will be needing fast, easy patterns since I will be working and going to school full time, and this one is really very pretty! :cheer
