Head

 

Work in spirals, do not join.

Rnd 1: 6 sc in magic ring

Rnd 2: increase around

Rnd 3: (sc in next stitch, inc) around

Rnd 4: (2sc, inc) around

Rnd 5: (3sc, inc) around

Rnd 6-10: sc around

Rnd 11: (3sc, decrease) around

Rnd 12: (2sc, decrease) around

Rnd 13: (sc, decrease) around

(This is good time to embroidery the eyes. I did French knot for each eye)

Rnd 14-26: sc around

Rnd 27: 4sc, 4(2 hdc in one stitch), 4 sc

Fasten off.

 

Ear (make 2)

 

Row 1: 5 sc in magic ring, ch 1, turn

Row 2: 1 sc in first stitch, 3inc, 1 sc in last stitch, ch 1, turn

Row 3: 2sc, inc, 1sc, inc, 2sc, inc, ch 1, turn

Row 4: 4sc, inc, sc, inc, sc, inc, sc, inc

Row 5: 4 sc, inc, sc, inc, sc, inc, sc, inc 3sc, inc

Fasten off. Leave a long tail to sew the ears onto the head. Sew the earson the head.

 

Body

 

Chain 17, or if your finger is bigger do a couple of more stitches. Slip stitch in the first chain. Continue crocheting in spirals until your body have desired length.

For the last round do sc, dec around. Fasten off. Leave a long tail for sewing.

 

Tail

 

Pull the yarn through the desired spot. Tie square knot, than pull the loop, chain 3, finish.

That has got to be one of the cutest things I've ever seen.

 

There are so many patterns that I look at if I were going to have kids, you know? Like, if I were to have a baby, I could play with him or her with this puppet and it would be so adorable. I'm not ready for kids yet, though, because I'm still laying the foundation for my career and attending college, but there's so many great patterns for little ones!
