Yarn Store Closing Sale in Novato, Calif.; ends June 30, 2011

Llama Llama Knit will be closing permanently on Thursday, June 30. I went there yesterday, and yarns were 50% off--very nice yarns, too: Cascade 220, Mochi Mochi, exotic fibers, etc. There was a large basket of other yarns with one skein only marked 70% off.

 

I don't know whether the owner(s) will increase the discount this week or not, but it's worth keeping an eye on. I found out about this sale here on Craigslist.

 

There were no crochet hooks left, BTW, that I could see. I got lots of circular knitting needles (I'm learning how to knit) at half-price, though: Addi Turbos in several sizes and Daisy DPNs in wild sizes.

It's sad a yarn store is closing, but it's great that you found a good sale!
