Baby Afghans pink and purple

These are my first two attempts at a baby afghan. I am having trouble with my edges. I can never seem to get that last stitch in a row to line up right and then I have an extra stitch or seem to be missing one. I hope the ruffle hides the uneven edges. I used Caron Simply Soft pink and Bernet Baby purple.
