My dads second wife... (guess you could call her my first step-mom)

has recently wrote a book.

(we have kept in touch over the years!!)

Available on Kindle now...and hard cover later I believe.

 

Anyways...

She had asked me to make as set of dolls for her to promote her book.

 

The main characters name is Pepper.

Since the author lives in Hawaii, I made the dolls Hawaiian.

 

I made the dolls from scratch. I have purchased doll patterns in the past, however, I had a hard time stuffing the neck so the head didnt droop.

This doll has a thicker neck, and more rectangular body then those I have done in the past.
