I know I am jumping the gun here, but i had to share! my first lining on a purse, and it actully came out half way decent. I have a friend's sewing machine, until i can get one of my own, and just kinda made up the lining as best I could, and other then one side coming out short, it isn't so bad.

yes lining is tricky, just keep working at it to make it better! And thanks Cathy, i like the more funky patterns they don't have to match, just 'go' i think, makes them unique!
