Extra Knitting Time.

I went to the doctor today. As I was waiting, the receptionist told me that he was running about a half hour late. I had a knitting project with me, so I worked on my knitting. He was actually 45 minutes late, but I really didn't care. It was nice to have a time to just knit. Making more booties, of course.

 

Who else has had things like this happen?

I have sooooo been there, love to bring my needle work with me, never know when some extra time creeps in.

Some people seem to grumble when they have to wait extra long for a doctor. I take it as an opportunity to work on a project. My days are usually pretty busy, so an extra half hour to just sit and crochet or knit is just wonderful.

That is so true, I started allergy shots, you have to sit for 20-30 minutes after the shots. Perfect time to do a little knitting/crocheting. Glad I am not alone, someone else likes the wait time...lol!
