Help I am trieding to crochet this hat in rounds. I get to round 3 it said to Ch3,2-dc Cl in same st as join ch 1,*3-dc Cl in next dc,ch1 repeat form *around join with sl st to to of first cluster. Does that mean I join at the ch3.
