Thanis for the compliments. It was originally made for double bed. After I bought an extra long, I added some length. It is wide and could be used for my now queen size as a coverlet. I stopped using it because I was continually having to mend it where it was fraying away, and ,yes, it is packed away. I made it in the 1950's.

I would say that it's held up amazingly well! 60 years?!?!?!? WOW! I have some of my Grandmother's pieces that are that old.

Beautiful. I remember a friends mom had an antique Italian bedspread she used on a wall. She mounted a colored sheet on the wall first then hung the bedspread somehow. It was very attractive.
