Kindle case

Decided I needed a case for my kindle until I can order the lighted cover so came up with this. My favorite color is pink and I just love having a pink kindle. Mary

I've never seen a pink kindle! I didn't even know they were any color other than gray! My son's is gray.

Thank you all. They don't come pink, it's a skin from decal girl. Her skins are really great except it took me so long to decide and now I want a laptop one. They stick on really good, I got the standard glossy one. Mary

I did it in one piece going around and around. I will write up a pattern and share but my pattern writing skills I don't think are good and this was the first time I ever did something out of my head with no pattern. Mary

I would love to make one for mine. It was my husband's and he never used it and lost the case. That poor thing gets shoved in and out of my purse every day at lunch time.

 

So what did you do, just start with a chain and work in rounds around it? Increasing until you got to the width you needed and then just on up to form the shape?
