Loom Knitted Scarf - my first try EVER!

Yup - indeed this is the first time I have ever used a loom. I found a pattern for the double sided scarf and thought I'd give it a whirl.

 

It's a little narrow to my liking but I underestimated my Viking tension to the loom.... who knew you can loom knit tight LOL *rawr*

 

Anywho - I am very happy with it. I figure it's not bad at all for a first attempt. The edge where I tried to cast it off the loom is a little rough so I single crocheted my tails back onto the project, which I actually like - makes me feel more secure when tying it off.

 

So, I figure I'll sell it for $10 to pay for the yarn used to make it. I did it with WW acrylic yarn. I believe the brand was Red Heart. It's a dark green camo along with dark green (2 yarns at once)....

I like it. Double stranded? 15 would definately not be too much to ask for it.

Looks great! I couldn't tell by looking that it's your first attempt. I agree with the others, $15 would be a good price to sell it for.
