This dress needs the crinoline as it is quite heavy on its own.

Work a final row with picots…

Ch 5, slst in 3rd ch from hook, ch 2, sc in next.

Please let me know if you spot any errors. With 3 patterns on the go I get distracted :wlol

I do not have a problem with people/groups using my patterns to make a little extra money by physically making them and selling the items they make. However, I do not permit the selling of my patterns for money. I have once given permission for a booklet to be made of them for a charitable sale and I may do so again *if I am asked* and if it is for a church, charity or school type group. But first you have to ask.  Furthermore, If you choose to use my patterns as a money maker, I do not permit my images to be used for any advertizing of your work. You must make your own item and photograph that. These images are as much a part of my Web image as a designer as the patterns are and I reserve that use to myself alone.

I followed the pattern faithfully, but my stitch count and lenth of dress just don't match. I can't figure out what in the world I could have done wrong. I even added 3 rows of dc, but the gown only comes mid-calf, and looks much fuller than your pics. The crinoline only comes just below her knee. Help!

I'm sorry but I can't come up with any suggestions for you other than to keep working the rows until they are long enough. I can't imagine what the problems might be.

Yes, you are right.  it should be 2dc in 14 both times.  sorry about that.  I'll see if I can fix that.

I noticed you do not have any chains in the end / beginning of most rows. Rows 5, 6, & 7 just for an example. Shouldn't there be some chains to get the height for the next row? Thanks for the patterns!
