I would really like to make a special ghan for both my aunt and moms best friend. Both are breast cancer survivors and would like to make them both a ghan to give them for christmas.

If anyone would be able to help me, I would like 12" squares in pinks and white. One I am wanting to make in WW Acrylic, the other in Cotton.

Thank you in advance, I know they would really appreciate it:hug:manyheart

I would like to include a few of the following patterns to each ghan :

I can definitely help, but I want to make sure I get the colors right. Do you want white, or is off white okay too? (I have both)Also, for the pink...any specific shade, or is any pink acceptable, and do you mind variegated? Also, did you have any specific pattern in mind?

Both white and off white are fine, as well as any pink and variegated is ok too. I dont have any specific pattern in mind I am looking right now. :)

I just found out that one of the ladies doesnt mind pink, but wants NOT to be reminded of her fight with cancer, so all the non-reminding squares will go to her blanket. The other ladie tho doesnt mind about being reminded about it. Its amazing how people can be so close yet so different about the same thing.

But all squares will be used, and have decided that if need be I will mix the cotton and acrylic squares together :)

Which yarn is the non-reminding squares? I want to do for both and want to try out some of the patterns you selected, but I want to use the right yarn for the right squares, I'll be sending you a package out this week :hug
