Sunglasses Case

This is a very simple sunglasses case I made for myself, in the hopes that I would actually use it! I tend to get my sunglasses all scratched up because I won't use a case (I'm lazy like that).

 

This one I made in tunisian crochet, using 3 strands of Thread Art #10 thread, in the colors I had handy - brown, pink and white. I just made 2 rectangles, then single crocheted both sides together.

 

As much as I like flaps and buttons, I didn't put anything on there because I know if there's a flap in the way, I won't use the case because it'll be too much work. I'm much more likely to use it if it's easily accessible. So far I've been using this soft case regularly, so I'd say this project is a success!

Thank you soooooooooo much for posting this. It is a GREAT idea! I would have never even thought of making an eye glass case out of crochet. I have 3 pairs of glasses with no cases. You did a really nice job. Thank you
