Sofa tissue box cover:  Does anyone know of a FREE pattern out there for a sofa tissue box cover?  I have clicked and scrolled thru dozens and dozens of pages for supposedly FREE patterns but only found one...in another language.  Because of my age, family ask that I do no financial stuff online so I cannot order a pattern.  Would love to make this for a friend in Canada.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
