My first pattern in a magazine is out this month in Crochet! July 2010. :yay I've had patterns published in books before, but this is my first in a magazine. The pattern is called Gentle Waves Coin Purse. I posted more about it and photos in Show-and-Tell: http://www.crochetville.org/forum/showthread.php?t=114832

Also, for now, you can see it on Crochet!'s current issue page:

Congrats Donna! I'll have to put that pattern in my ideas for staff gifts for this Christmas. Each year I try to pick a smaller project to make for my entire staff (I have 35 staff!) This would be cute.

I can't believe I missed the other thread in Show and Tell.

Great pattern Donna. I love the coin purse. It has a lot of texture in a little space.

Congratulations on being published in Crochet!

  • 2 months later...

I just noticed that my Gentle Waves Coin Purse pattern has become available on ePatterns Central for $1.99:

http://www.e-patternscentral.com/detail.html?prod_id=7411&cat_id=

(Disclaimer: I don't get any money from the sales of the pattern on ePatterns Central, or anywhere else it may appear. After I sold the design to Crochet! magazine/DRG for a flat fee, DRG owns it it outright.)

Thank you again, everybody, for the compliments!
