sc in next ch-2 sp

AmigurumiPup

Question

Hi! I'm really really confuzzled! What does it mean when it says to "sc in next ch-2 sp"?

I understand the abbreviations (sc is single crochet, ch is chain, and sp is space) but I'm getting really caught up in how to read and do "sc in next ch-2 sp".

Help greatly appreciated!

Thanks!!

In the row completed before the one you are working on you would have a ch two which made a space and you crochet around that chain.
