Welcome back Linda!!! :jumpyay:hug I'm so very happy you're back where you belong :D

And how's Sarge been? Onery as usual? :cat

Sarge is his usual lazy, laid back self. :catI got him some food for sensitive tummies and he likes it much better than what we had been giving him. He rarely throws up now. He purrs up a storm for me and gives me lots of attention whenever I have to spend the nights upstairs with Kim or am gone. He's my big loving guy. And elderly gentleman, although when cornered by Trouble he will still hiss and spat at her. :cat:dog And Trouble does love to chase him.

Awww how sweet! :cat I was looking at that sensitive tummy food the other day. Misa seems to be getting sick more often as she gets older. Not enough to be a concern but more than usual. And isn't it always the way with cats and dogs. Dogs are so friendly even to cats and cats want nothing to do with them :lol

Morning Donna and Judy! :hi

Hi, Donna and Tracy!

Donna, I'm not sure if you know, but dogs can give birth over a period of 24 hours or more....in case you're wondering why you haven;t heard from the breeder. ANd then there's the time needed to settle everyone down, making sure there's enough food for all of them, etc.

:hiHello everyone! I have a question. :think

Is this CAL only for the designs on Cara's site? (They're all beautiful, by the way:yes) The reason I ask is because I've been making some quiltghans and thought it would be nice to join in. I'm not making a design from happyyellowhouse.com at present, though. I'm making one that I tried to lay out myself. :eek

BTW, here's the last one I made:

http://cherrisblog.blogspot.com/2009/04/cfac-rainbow-heart-quiltghan-done.html

And the chart:

http://cherrisblog.blogspot.com/2009/03/new-project-rainbow-heart-quiltghan.html

Here's the one I made before that:

http://cherrisblog.blogspot.com/2009/03/cfac-webstore-quiltghan-finally.html

And finally, here's the one I'm starting now. I'm doing the top chart.

http://cherrisblog.blogspot.com/2009/03/new-quiltghan-which-one-should-i-do.html

So, am I allowed to join or should I wait until I do one of Cara's designs?

:hug

Thank you, Judy. :hug I donate everything to charity so JAG is a lot quicker. I only do it on those with solid squares, though. So can I join? Huh, huh? :lol

Cherri, if you don't mind, I'd like to save that heart chart you posted. It would be my next big saltine project after I make finish the ATW!

I see you posted already - thanks!

Cara - was that a subtle hint that I'd better either pay up or get out? :rofl

K - you could always make a potholder or two out of saltines:lol:lol

Cherri - are you going through treatment at this point? I don't know anything about your condition, was just curious.

We have a lot of friendly, supportive ladies here, so I'm sure you'll feel right at home. :yes

Thank Krystal. No, I'm done with treatment and am in remission. :clap I'm still disabled because I never totally recovered from my stem cell transplant. I tire VERY easily and still have pain but I'M HERE!!!! :clap Thanks for asking. :hug

Just so you guys know, I have multiple myeloma (bone marrow cancer).

Crocheting and the ladies here are a definite plus insofar as having something fun to occupy your mind with :hug:manyheart
