I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS BAG!!! I love the colors!! I can see why it sold so quickly. Congratulations. It's beautiful. I, too, can't wait for the pattern. Very pretty.

I just finished a new tote, no pattern yet. It is a very easy stitch on an ovalish (square with rounded edges) base and straps that are stitched in round so there is not sewing involved.

 

Gorgeous!! Cant wait for the pattern!

What do you consider the "perfect" sized tote?

 

I like making ones that are about 11-12" wide, 18" tall and 2-3" deep. Those seem to be the "perfect" size IMO. Not too big, not too small.

Interesting because I find that ratio of height to width to be too tall and skinny and hard to get things into. I prefer a bag that is more wide than tall.

I like mine at least as wide as tall to make it easier to get into as well, but I think everyones tastes is different.

Thats why I like your patterns, they are easy to adjust to our own liking.

I would definitely write the pattern with the stripes (color changes) and I just LOVE this bag! Wonderful job!

Nice tote and I second the "especially the no sewing part." It looks really pretty as well as sturdy. Look forward to a pattern!

BEAUTIFUL! It really is a lovely tote! Your stitches are just perfect, the resolution on your photos is SO clear, you can see every detail of every stitch, and it's just perfect! :clap
