I just finished a new tote, no pattern yet. It is a very easy stitch on an ovalish (square with rounded edges) base and straps that are stitched in round so there is not sewing involved.

Yes, it is Sugar n Cream. I use only cotton for my totes.

I think you should write it up as a striped pattern. That way if someone wants it solid they can just ignore the color changes.

I'd say write the pattern with the stripes - anyone who wanted to do it one color could.
