Thread tote bag

I gave this to my friend, Rayjelle to say good luck to her as she will be heading off to Manila to take the Bar Exams. I used two strands of thread in variegated pink, and trimmed the end with eyelash yarn in cherry that i got from one of the past swaps i have joined.

What a great bag! Is it crocheted tight enough that it would not need a liner? I love bags that do not need liners.

Thanks for the compliments, ladies! Yes, i crocheted it tightly so it won't need a liner and that stitches are not loose.

What a neat idea, and very pretty also. Have some varigated thread hanging around (inherited it alot of moons ago) Now you got me thinking of doing something like that.

Not too much else one can do right now other than think in this blasted heat.
