what does work 2tr into each dc mean

thankyou magiccrochetfan, that really is a very useful site but i already know the abbreviations, however what i do not know is how to work 2tr into each or any dc for that matter and the link you gave there does not mention it, i am very eager to learn, thankyou for your reply, is there anything you can tell me that will help me find how to do this 2tr into dc? kind regards

You're welcome...you are just working 2 stitches into one stitch to increase the row or round (which makes the piece bigger/longer). For example, if you start out with 10 dcs in a row, then the next row says to work 2 trc into each dc, you would then have 20 tr in the next row, and the row will have increased in size (and stitches). I hope that makes sense...if not, holler. We'll help.
