Somebody is Getting Married CAL

I'm using up my stash and making a wedding afghan in squares of blues and purples in the lacy cross pattern. I have about 24 more squares to make, then edge and crochet together, plus all the ends to work in. I won't be sending it out for a while, as I want to make a new afghan for their older son, he's outgrow his baby ghan; and since I made one for his mom and dad and one for his baby brother, I think he deserves a new special afghan all his own, too.

Long, long, long time ago I mentioned I bought some green ball of plants. Last Saturday it was my friend's wedding and I gave them this bike instead of flowers

 

 

I crocheted the butterflies and added some sunflowers, because I got know they are the bride's favourite flowers and all the decorations were composed with them.

On the back there is a car plate (or bike plate ) with newlyweds' names initials and the numbers are the wedding date.
