Infant cocoon bowl pattern

I have been searching the net for a free cocoon bowl pattern and a baby sling like pattern but have had no luck. do any of you know where I can find a free pattern for these? Thanks, here is a pic of what I'm talking about.

I don' t know of any free ones like those, but I just wanted to say ..."awwwww!" soo cute!

Here is one of the bowl type ones. It is an easy pattern to manipulate if you want to make changes such as making it deeper or rounder.

for the sling type one, you could double crochet a circle with enough stitches to wrap around the baby and once you got about 8-10 inches, stop joining your circle and start turning your work every row to create the slit. Once you've gotten the slit long enough, maybe 12-15 inches, start joining your rounds again and finish off. you could then drawstring the ends.

 

You could also take the cocoon pattern posted above and make it longer then slip stitch the edges together leaving a slit in the center.

Yes, the type of cocoon in the picture is really cute. Would be great to have such a pattern!
