I graduated from NIU 10 years ago (oh boy did that date me ) I crochet and am in the western suburbs. Didn't start crocheting seriously till after I left NIU. It would have been great to do between classes. I commuted for 4 years (hour each way) and often had several hours between, could have gotten a ton of projects done.... I studied instead, guess that was good too. Are you a current student?

Not a huskie, but married to one. When I think of all the wasted football hours I sat in the stands that I could have been crocheting.... 15 years x 4 hours x # of games per season = oh geez....

I have a single dorm room which means I can have all the yarn that I want and not get in any roommate's way.
