Materials:

Size 10 thread
Size 7 steel hook (1.65mm)
Needle (to weave in ends)

Finish Size: 7 ½”h x 1”w inches

Different Stitches:

Two Double Crochet Cluster (TDCC): Yarn over, insert hook in ch2 space, yarn over, draw up a loop, yarn over, draw up through two loops on hook. Yarn over, insert hook in same ch2 space, yarn over, draw up a loop, yarn over, draw up through two loops on hook, yarn over and draw through all three loops on hook.

Note: Beginning Ch2 and dc counts as a TDCC.

Directions:

Row 1: Ch9, 1 dc in 3rd chain from hook, ch2, TDCC in same chain, 1 dc in each of the next 5 chains, (TDCC, ch2, TDCC) all in last chain, turn.
(5dc, 4TDCC, 2-ch2 spaces)

Row 2: Sl st in ch2 space, ch2, 1 dc in same space, ch2, TDCC in same ch2 space, Ch5, (TDCC, ch2, TDCC) all in next ch2 space, turn.
(4TDCC, 2-ch2 space, 5 chains)

Row 3: Sl st in ch2 space, ch2, 1 dc in same space, ch2, TDCC in same ch2 space, ch2, 1 sc in third chain of ch5 (this is the center chain), ch2, (TDCC, ch2, TDCC) all in next ch2 space, turn.
(4TDCC, 4-ch2 spaces, 1sc)

Row 4: Sl st in ch2 space, ch2, 1 dc in same space, ch2, TDCC in same ch2 space, Ch5, skip next two ch2 spaces and sc, (TDCC, ch2, TDCC) all in next ch2 space, turn.
(4TDCC, 2-ch2 space, 5 chains)

Row 5: Sl st in ch2 space, ch2, 1 dc in same space, ch2, TDCC in same ch2 space, ch2, 1 sc in third chain of ch5 (this is the center chain), ch2, (TDCC, ch2, TDCC) all in next ch2 space, turn.
(4TDCC, 4-ch2 spaces, 1sc)

Rows 6-21: Repeat Rows 4 and 5 for Rows 6 thru 21.

Row 22: Repeat Row 4 for Row 22.
(4TDCC, 2-ch2 space, 5 chains)

Row 23: Sl st in ch2 space, ch2, 1 dc in same ch2 space, ch2, 1TDCC in same ch2 space, 1 dc in each of the next 5 chains, (TDCC, ch2, TDCC) all in next ch2 space.
(4TDCC, 5dc, 2-ch2 spaces)

Finish off and weave in ends.
