Hi everyone.

Mname is Heather and i live in New Hampshire. I started to crochet in 1998 my family are all crafters but more on the sewing/needle point/beading/anything with a hot glue gun kind. As a young child i made bracelets out of scrap yarn usinga slip stitch and would wear them around untill they broke or lost. i tried knitting and never had the hang of it i figured knitting would be easier if there were hooks on the end of the needles (and yes i did get afgan hooks and knitted that way so much easier!) :yarn Anyway i ended up loving to crochet in the winter just to keep warm (it gets really cold up here)just small projects waiting for something to showme how to accually read a crochet pattern so i ended up getting stitch n' bitch crochet the happy hooker book by debbie stoller for christmas and i LOVe it she makes it very easy to follow along so far im working on my first hat from a pattern she has in that book and im eager to learn more.
