Glass Jackets

I saw these on a blog I like to read and thought they were so pretty. Has anyone seen a link to the vintage pattern for this set? Thank you. I have not seen this pattern but they are also know as glass cozies I have seen some on ebay and here on Crochet Central another place to look for. It is possible that may have been a Annie's Attic Pattern too. Here is the link for Crochet Central.
