Granny Square Posted December 6, 2009 I just finished this, the last of my Christmas gifts are done, yay! This is from a pattern from Woman's day magazine from September 1984. I have a large (round, not filet) doily that I'm putting to that use, which she remarked on when they visited last summer, and they have a cat, so.... Dawn, here are a couple of free sites that can get you started on filet. It's really easy once you get the hang of counting the grids.
