Crochet Today Gingerbread House

I still want to construct a box to fit underneath, I thought plastic canvas would be stable enough, but it really needs more structure--you can see how the front caves in a bit. And I still need to make the tree, but it's done! And it's cute (IMHO!).

That's adorable!

Were the instructions easy to follow?

It was so easy! The most difficult things was probably the icicles, I don't think that part of the pattern was written properly, but that might have just been me. There was nothing complicated at all, even a brand new beginner could do it :clap

Very cute gingerbread house. How long did it take to make? I've seen the pattern and maybe I'll make one for next year.

Thanks! I had other projects going on at the same time so it took about a month off and on, there were a couple of weeks that it just sat there. But it could really be done in a week's time.
